Now taking a small number of pilot groups
The hotel someone suggested. The route you agreed on. What's booked, what's still open, and what changed. Rio follows your group's Telegram chat and keeps it all on one private trip page — no spreadsheet to maintain, no new app for everyone to learn.
Apply for a private pilotFor groups actively planning a trip. Free during the pilot.
The problem
A hotel link from Tuesday. Three restaurant ideas. A train someone already booked. A plan everyone loved — until it changed. It's all somewhere in the conversation. But knowing what was mentioned isn't the same as knowing what's decided. Tropa keeps the current plan in view — not just the history of the discussion.
How it works
Add Rio to your Telegram trip chat. One invite. It introduces itself, then works in the background — speaking up only to share the trip page or note a change.
Keep planning as you do. Share links, argue about hotels, change your mind.
Open the page. Where you're staying, the route day by day, what's decided and what's still open — for everyone in the group.
See it in action

Girls' Europe Trip — a real site that five of us used on a real trip through Italy and France.
From options to a decision: the hotel the group booked in Nice, with the ones it weighed first.

Why this exists
I'm Kate, the creator of Tropa. I've worked in project management for more than 13 years, and I'm often the one who plans our trips. Tropa is the tool I wished I'd had while organizing trips with friends and family. The first version carried five of us through Italy and France. This October, a far more automated version ran my ten-day trip through Italy, start to finish. Now I'm bringing Tropa to other groups — to see how it does when the plans, the conversations and the decisions aren't mine.

The private pilot
I'm opening Tropa to a small number of groups actively planning a trip. You get the working product, and I personally support each group throughout the pilot — I review how Rio handles your plans, step in wherever it needs a human hand, and use what you tell me to make it better. The pilot is free. In return, I'm asking for honest feedback from a group willing to put Tropa to a real-world test. I read every application myself, and if it's a good fit, we'll talk through your trip before Rio joins your chat.

About your chat
Telegram doesn't give bots access to earlier chat history, so Rio only sees messages sent after you add it. It introduces itself once, then stays quiet; the only other things it posts are an occasional site-update message and, rarely, a question about a link it couldn't read. Before you add Rio, make sure everyone in the chat knows it will be there and is happy with that — it introduces itself as soon as it joins. Messages are stored so the bot — and I, while I'm personally supporting the pilot — can look back if the site doesn't match what you actually decided. The trip site is only visible to verified members of your Telegram group — not to anyone who happens to have the link — and to me while I'm supporting the pilot. If you remove Rio, it stops reading immediately. To have your stored data deleted, just message me and I'll remove it.
Is this for you?
The best fit right now: a group actively planning a trip in Telegram, with hotels, the route, activities or bookings still being discussed. Rio reads the Telegram chat, so that's where the planning needs to happen. Using WhatsApp or another messenger? Write to me anyway — I'd love to hear how your group plans.
